{house tour: joe & kimberley mimran}

You know the power-couple Joe & Kimberley Mimran for their brands Joe Fresh and Pink Tartan. But have you seen their fabulous home? Working with interior designer Diego Burdi, these Canadian fashion designers have created a home that is the perfect mix of modern and traditional. The stunning black and white gallery-like palette combined with classic walnut herringbone floors is pretty drool-worthy. I want these EXACT floors in my dream home one day, the scale and the finish is perfect. Let's take a look {images via House & Home}:

Mmmm...Saarinen tables, Eames chairs, Barcelona day bed, oh my! Hope you enjoyed the house tour :)

I liked this very much. Beautiful classy and warm. Nothing that is surplus.

Hmm, I like it but the dining chairs look like office chairs a bit. The artwork and crispness of this house is beautiful though!

I remember this spread in H&H! Love how they mix the different elements of wood, metal, hard and soft edges! Only Joe could pull off such a gorgeous home! I especially LOVE their stairwell. I am going to add this to my tumblr file ASAP!

Hope you are enjoying yourself - forgot to tell you that you MUST try a NY city bagel!

So many classic, beautiful pieces. I can't remember who designed the fab geese legs lamp (on the desk)? Now that is one fun light fixture! What an unexpected touch!

Have you been to the Baltazar yet? (Spring 80th n Soho). Have only great memories from that NY establishment.

Absolutely LOVE the hardwood flooring. Also love the wall & ceiling treatment in the office in the second-to-last picture.
