{one last look at fabulous holiday style...}

I know Christmas has come and gone, but I couldn't resist showing you the home of HGTV's Meredith Heron all glammed up for the holidays. I first saw these photos over at La Dolce Vita and had to re-post them in case you had missed it! I love the way she has decorated her home in such a simple yet elegant way. You'll be sure to swoon, I promise!

If I could only have those dining chairs...

I love the simple details here! I still have all my decorations up, I usually leave them up until January 7th {Christmas in Egypt, and much of the Eastern European world}. When do you take things down? Hope you are all enjoying a bit of rest before the New Year.

Beautiful... all of it! I took some down but am leaving the tree and lights in the windows until after New Years. xo

I love how she's displayed her prints/art on the walls. And her entry is terrific!
Our Xmas decorations will come down this weekend. Our house is just too little to live with a 7' tree in it for more then 3 weeks!

Beautiful, beautiful! I am having family over for ONE MORE Christmas dinner tomorrow night and then will start taking some of it down. At least the tree! I like to keep the ornaments that are sitting around until New Year's. Thanks for the lovely post!

I had missed this post so thanks for posting again. What lovely touches, not over the top, just enough.
Mine are staying put until New Years.

I love to have my decorations up until January 6th (sometimes even the 10th) and that day my house looks first messy then empty and sad until the next day when everything is back to normal.
Happy New Year Nancy!

You are right, her home is absolutely beautiful! Love the square wreath on her mirror, and all the colorful ornaments. Very subtle and tastefully done.
