{house tour: victoria webster}

Two house tours in two days! I thought it would be kinda fun to post a home that is in stark contrast to one I posted yesterday. Do you ever find that you are attracted to very different styles?? I do, I love the refined, light, and restrained esthetic of the home in yesterdays post {designed by William Hefner} just as much as I love the bold, colorful, and unexpected style of today's home which belongs to Victoria Webster and was featured in House & Home last year. These two homes couldn't be more different, but I love them equally!

I wish I could have one house for every style I love!!

Amazing! So many wonderful details, from the laquered walls, to the black trim, to the floor to ceiling tile in the bathroom ... it's quite stunning. There are actually so many more details in the lovely video tour that House & Home has up on their site, check it out here!

Happy Friday to you all :)

I have seen this house some place else and OMG, all those colors together and they work b/c they are the same intensity. Is that bar to die for!

PS: wouldn't a bar like that or a simple one look great in your home Nancy?

I loved the yellow printed wallpapered walls, but I read in H&H that those walls are now covered in a custom graffiti styled custom art installation. Its even BOLDER now!

This house has a permanent spot in my inspiration folder. I lOVE all of the color, even though I'm apparently not brave enough to do it in my own home!

This one is an all time favourite of mine and more my style...yestedays was divine as well but I identify more with this one I think. The yellow living room and hallway never get tired for me- just adore them!!

I especially love: the sheep, the yellow wallpaper, the bathroom, that ginormous green headboard. Gorgeous.

I will choose this house with the previous (house) kitchen and powder room. I love the colors and unexpected details in this one.

I'm loving your home tours. Yesterdays was beautiful and this one is too! I agree with you I think we should have a different house for every look that we like. I probably would end up with six or seven different homes... ;)
I love the fresh green in the bedroom and I am truly lusting after those graphic area rugs!

That rounded headboard is so dramatic. I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it!

I love the carpet going up the stairs. The green with the black is such an awesome combo!

Another beautiful home! What really catches my eye are the black wainscoting, the amazing architraves, and the dining room ceiling. Oh, and love the birch wallpaper in the front entry :-)

Thanks for the tour!

The yellow wallpaper really draws you in.

These are great! My favorite was the black trim against the stark white walls and the tile design in the bathroom.
