{trendspotting: rosy nudes}

Spring is here, and with the thoughts of baring more skin in the warmer weather we are seeing so many lovely shades of nude! Blush and nude tones dominated the Spring 2011 runways at Chanel and Chloe, and I'm spotting this trend carrying into our interiors quite nicely:

Throw {Barneys}, Heels {Steve Madden}, Pillow {Pier 1 Imports}, Earrings {Max and Chloe}, Blouse {Chloe}, Settee {Jayson Home & Garden}, Bag {Valentino}, Perfume {Chloe}

Have I managed to convince you? This looks like a perfect and pretty spring and summer trend to embrace.

I'm in love with this color, I wish every room in my house and everything in my closet was this color

Perfect colours for a supremely elegant and casual look both on and off the runway!

I would love to pair a nude dress with a bright turquoise necklace, wouldn't that be perfection?! Great post!

Nancy, I do adore it, That shade is such a creamy rich color or can be very ethereal.

I have a Giveaway from The Zhush I know you will love!

Gorgeous all around. The leather bag is a definite spring must-have.

I don't know.... nude is awfully close to the pink that I've been trying to eradicate from our house! Not sure I'm ready to jump onto the nude bandwagon just yet - although I COULD jump onto that bed with the diamond tufted panel behind it :-)

I was JUST looking at a JCrew bikini that comes in a rose/nude colour! I love it and it was tops on my list for colour choice...do you think it would work for bathing attire or look washed out??! hmmm I love it everywhere else though!

Beautiful images! Yes, loving the rosy nudes but not the "butterscotch" nudes - if you know what I mean.

(Thanks for popping by my blog often - it really means a lot.)

So pretty! It's nice to see that the pretty blush and nude tones are still around for a second summer so that the pieces I bought last year still look fresh! :)

I could definitely get behind the trend in fashion (once I get a little sun on my skin) but not sure I could ever get behind the decor. It may grow on me.

Beautiful pictures, Nancy, and that subtle, elegant pink (Chanel pink I would say) is so refreshing.

What a beautiful trend, I love a great neutral! I love this color paired with gold, it looks so sophisticated.

And thank you so much for your view on my sofa makeover, I'm seriously considering light piping =D

No, thank +YOU+ for providing me the opportunity to serve you --- Nothing on earth is worth Heaven (the loss of Heaven, too); our finite existence is like the blink-of-an-eye. Then, comes death, judgment, Heaven or Hell for our weeeee, lifelong demise - absolutely nothing I nor any mortal can do. I’m only the messenger. Believe it. You shall be the wiser for it. God bless you.
