{dogs in decor}

Any room, no matter how chic, is enhanced by a furry friend! Whether it’s sleek and modern or classic and posh, any space becomes more appealing once a beloved pet is in the picture. I think this is also partially because no matter how perfect the interior appears in the photo, seeing a dog makes us believe that it is possible that real people actually live there!!

Case in point: Doesn't this vignette looks 10 times better with my sweet little pup sitting there? {click to enlarge} And yes it's true, he's waiting for a cookie he was promised before I snapped the photo with my iPhone.

How sweet! Don't you just adore the doggie-sized settee in the last photo? All these pictures make me want to cuddle up with my fur baby :)

Nancy what a cute loving posh post! Your Pomeranian is sooo gorgeous! What's his name? Loved to see the pic of Sharon Osbourne's office with her puppy in it! Poor Ozzy... haha a dozen Pomeranians around the house. Huge hug and have a lovely day! XoXo

Love your cute vignette. Oh, if only my dog was demure. He is a giant 90lb lab, hard to make him "fit" beautifully in our decor with his massive dog bed {which I did sew in b&w striped fabric to match the decor!}

What is cuter than putting a dog in the picture :). When they did my shoot at BH&G they asked me to bring out one of my dogs. I think it humanizes the picture....and she was a perfect model!
Great pictures.

Oh... I want a dog so badly. I love how all them look like they own the home and that most of them have a face that says "Hello???" Right now, my schedule wouldn't allow for me to have a dog - but that doesn't mean I can't have them in my home:
