One Kings Lane has always been ahead of the curve, (their tufted swivel chairs, skirted round tables, and ANYthing with a buillion fringe are on my to-die-for list), but they truly are taking that up a notch with this new frontier in residential retail.
The Connecticut house you see pictured here is not only the home of OKL president Debbie Propst, but will now serve as an outpost for The Studio, where clients can see the company's product in a living breathing space and meet with the design team for a complimentary one-on-one session. What a concept!
The idea is to give the customer an opportunity to see furnishings in context and how people actually live with them. My only wish is that there would be a location even remotely close to me! For now, we can enjoy the video tour here.
And last but not least this loft/art room/playroom of which I really hope more photos will be posted soon. I love the buillion fringe day bed:
How lovely! I hope to see even more from this charming Connecticut abode and the new concept of a shoppable show home soon.
The One Kings Lane Connecticut House is open by appointment from 10 am to 3 pm starting April 21. You can email email@example.com for details.
